SEMPERMAX
Ultra-high-pressure hydraulic hoses with steel coiling, operating pressure over 500 bar.
Inner layer: Synthetic rubber, resistant to hydraulic oils (HL, HLP, HLPD, HVLP, HFA, HFAS, HFB, HFC).
Reinforcing layer: Four layers (DN19 – DN25) or six layers (DN31) of high-strength steel winding.
Outer Layer: MSHA-certified SemperRock abrasion-resistant, ozone-friendly synthetic rubber. Available with SemperShield coating.
Temperature range: -40°C to 100°C / -40°F to +212°F (peak short-term temperature up to 120°C / 248°F).
Marking: Colored sales tape.
