Super Hercules
EXCEEDS ISO18752 DC
Inner rubber layer: Nitrile or chloroprene synthetic rubber, suitable for biodegradable hydraulic fluids.
Reinforcement layer: four-layer steel wire braid (1/4″‒1″), impulse ≥1 million cycles.
Six-layer steel braid (1 1/4″‒2″), impulse ≥1 million cycles
Outer Cover: Standard Hose: Peel, abrasion and weather resistant synthetic rubber
Abrasion-resistant hose: peel-resistant, highly abrasion- and weather-resistant synthetic rubber
Heavy Duty Hose: Peel Resistant, Ultra Abrasion and Weather Resistant UHMWPE Replaces plastic sheathing, provides highly effective protection and simplifies assembly.
Temperature range: -40°C to +121°C (-40°F to +250°F)
-55 °C to +100 °C (-67 °F to +212 °F)
Application: Suitable for heavy equipment such as excavators or difficult operating conditions.
Product Features
Low bend: bend radius reduced by 27% compared to ISO 18752 standard; reduced by 37% compared to SAE standard.
High Pressure: Pressure conforms to ISO 18752 DC standard.
Long life: When used with special integrated hose fittings and hydrogenated nitrile seals, a two-year warranty is provided.
