Super Hercules EXCEEDS ISO18752-BC/CC
Inner rubber layer: Nitrile or chloroprene synthetic rubber, suitable for biodegradable hydraulic fluids.
Reinforcement layer: one or two layers of steel wire braid (1/2″‒3/4″), impulse ≥300,000 cycles.
Four-layer steel wire braid (1″‒2″), impulse ≥1,000,000 cycles.
Outer Rubber Layer: Standard Hose: Peel, wear and weather resistant synthetic rubber.
Wear-resistant hose: peel-resistant, highly abrasion-resistant, weather-resistant synthetic rubber.
Super Wear Resistant Hose: Peel Resistant, Ultra Abrasion Resistant, Weather Resistant UHMWPE. Replaceable plastic shell, high degree of protection, easy assembly.
Temperature range: -40°C to +121°C (-40°F to +250°F)
-55 °C to +100 °C (-67 °F to +212 °F)
Product Application: Suitable for large construction equipment such as excavators or in environments with strict environmental requirements.

Low Bend Radius: Bend radius reduced by 41% compared to ISO 18752 standard; reduced by 47% compared to SAE standard.
High Pressure: Exceeds SAE standard by 60%.
Long Life: Two-year warranty when used with special integrated hose fittings and hydrogenated nitrile seals.
