Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) Hose with Electrically Conductive Core
CNG series hose designed for compressed natural gas (CNG) transmission. Conforms and is certified to ANSI/CSA NGV4.2 - 2014 and CSA 12.52 - 2014 standards.
Technical Parameters:
Inner Layer (Core): Electrically Conductive Nylon
Reinforcing layer: Fiber
Outer layer: Red polyurethane, with ventilation holes
Assembly of Assemblies: Fabricated CNG hose assemblies must be manufactured at Parker factories or authorized Parflex installation centers.
Protection: ANSI/CSA requires hose assemblies in sizes -3 through -8 on CNG dispensers to be equipped with a spring guard, regardless of whether they are single or dual.
Durability: Minimum hose burst pressure at +73°F (+23°C) is 4 times the maximum operating pressure.
Compatible Fittings: Compatible series of 5CNG hose fittings include 55, 58 and 58 H series.
Diameters: The inside diameter of the hose is nominal. The outer diameter is indicated as the maximum.
