GOLDENISO/42 XTRAFLEX
Inner rubber layer: oil-resistant synthetic rubber.
Reinforcement layer: two layers of high-strength steel wire braid (DN6). Four layers of high strength steel wire wrap (DN10-31). Six layers of high strength steel wire wrap (DN38-51).
External covering: durable outer layer - SC type, highly abrasion resistant, ozone resistant, weather resistant, heat resistant synthetic rubber with extended operating temperature range
Continuous operating temperature range: -46°C/121°C
-50°F/250°F
Fluids: mineral oils, vegetable oils and synthetic ester oils (up to 100 °C/212 °F), ethylene glycol and polyethylene glycol, water-based mineral oils, water
Applicable standards: ISO 18752-C (Class C*Plus with reinforced fittings with internal locking passes 1 million pulse cycles): Meets and exceeds ISO 3862-R15 requirements
Type approval: CU-TR; MSHA; FRAS; B; ABS; BV; LR; RINA; DNV-GL (MED); DNV-GL; M.A.
Application.
General purpose high pressure hydraulic lines.
Hydraulic lines for heavy loads.
Installation in confined spaces (short hose length, limited space, small bend radius, etc.).

The bending radius is reduced by 30-50% compared to standard specifications.
Maintains excellent flexibility over the entire temperature range.
Easy installation and fastening.
High impulse resistance, meeting the requirements of ISO 18752.
Lighter weight than traditional R15 hose design.
A connection with 20% peel resistance is available.
Constant pressure rating simplifies product selection and management.
