Hai Da Hydraulic has recently greatly expanded its stock of 381 series steel braided hydraulic hoses. These products, with their excellent pressure-bearing performance and wide range of sizes, offer reliable and safe fluid handling solutions in areas such as construction machinery, mining equipment and industrial manufacturing. The 381 series covers a wide range of sizes from DN6 to DN50, with different models having their own characteristics in terms of performance to meet the requirements of demanding operating conditions:
● High pressure, small diameter (models 381-4 - 381-6): Designed for applications that require very high pressure but where space is limited. For example, the Model 381-4, with an internal diameter of only 6.3 mm, can withstand a maximum operating pressure of up to 40.0 MPa (about 5800 psi), making it an ideal choice for precision high-pressure systems.
● Medium pressure, general purpose (models 381-8 - 381-12): Models in this range (e.g. 1/2" and 3/4" ID) provide an optimal balance between pressure (approximately 21-30 MPa) and flow capacity, allowing them to be widely used in basic hydraulic props and mobile equipment line systems.
● High throughput (models 381-16 - 381-32): As the diameter increases beyond 25 mm, the nominal operating pressure decreases (to 9.0–17.5 MPa), but the large cross-sectional area makes them ideal for drain lines or low-pressure, high-flow systems. The 381-32 has a weight of almost 3 kg/meter, indicating a thick rubber layer and reinforced construction for increased durability.
All 381 Series hoses are compatible with 43 Series fittings for easy installation. Each batch of hoses supplied meets bending radius and tensile strength standards, ensuring long and safe operation.
