At the end of June, Zhengzhou Haida Hydraulics conducted a special online training for Russian customers, which attracted 27 hydraulic parts dealers and mining equipment maintenance companies from the Ural and Siberian regions.
This training did not focus on abstract product parameters, but on practical problems that customers often reported, such as “pipe breaks in winter, leaking joints and short service life.” The training included a comparison of the bending fatigue life of Manuli R15 and Parker 4SH series spiral wound hoses at -40℃, an explanation of the corrosion resistance principle of Senpei hoses in oil and gas environments containing sulfur, and an explanation of the wear resistance requirements and installation precautions for Shuangwei industrial pipes, particularly for transportation in sand and gravel plants and metallurgical plants. factories.
During an interactive question-and-answer session, the technical team answered 16 practical questions from workers directly involved in the work, including fire resistance standards for well piping, negative pressure selection for large-diameter suction and discharge pipes, and monitoring the accuracy of fitting crimps. As a result of the meeting, eight clients entered into annual supply agreements, and five mining clients submitted requests to test cold-temperature-resistant hose samples. Haida Hydraulics will continue to provide quarterly technical sessions covering various operating conditions and will also update the selection guide and troubleshooting guide in English.
