In the Russian-speaking industry, installation standards are becoming more and more unified; Standardized procedures reduce the risk of equipment failure.

Currently, hydraulic industry enterprises in Russia and the CIS countries are universally implementing standardized protocols for pipeline installation. Industry evidence shows that combining certified products with standardized assembly methods can significantly reduce the incidence of failures (such as oil leaks, hose breaks and pressure drops) and thereby extend equipment life.
The market in the Russian-speaking region is dominated by two main approaches to equipment: in small and medium-class equipment for general industrial purposes, traditional assembly technologies with removal of the outer layer of rubber (skiving) and crimping standard hoses of types 1SN/2SN are usually used, which ensures high economic efficiency; at the same time, for heavy machinery and premium equipment, multi-layer imported high-pressure hoses are used, designed for installation without removing the outer layer (non-skive), which meets the requirements of intensive continuous operation.
Foreign customers are recommended to select products taking into account specific application conditions: for standard operating modes, the optimal solution - from the point of view of combining economic efficiency and equipment reliability - is to use standard hoses with one or two layers of metal braid, subject to compliance with installation rules.
